My shop teacher once drove over 100 miles with a drop light on the frame of his Blazer. It was still there when he got to school the next day.

Shit, I’ve found tools years later.

Most of the time it was my dad leaving something behind. He has so many tools he doesn’t know when he’s missing something.

While I made it 100 feet until my clip board fell off and get run over by the car behind me. My pen I got on my first day 6 months ago survived though. I might actually use up a pen.

I’m going to try to test drive a Camaro Turbo tomorrow, anything you’d like to know?

EVERYTHING!

In all seriousness though, mostly if the motor has any seriously noticeable turbo lag.

No biggie, that’s just like a diabetic remembering his insulin :D (I actually have 3-4 sockets lost in the depths of my V6, all of which would require some sort of removal of the intake plenum and/or exhaust runners to recover)

Alright, though it will be an automatic car. I’m going to try to test both V6 and the 4, so I’ll let you know. Interior space, radio, anything else?

Oh, yeah, radio. If you try one with the Bose system of course.

And if you happen to drive a sunroof model, if it impedes on headroom that much. I’ve sat in a non-sunroof one and had plenty of space so I’m curious of the sunroof messes that up a lot.

Alright. I’m going to try to test both sound systems if they have it. But I’m 90% sure I’ll spec the tech pack if I get one.

On LTs it's almost needed so you get the better looking touch screen. Because the base one ain't the prettiest.

I was at the drag strip and a 12 mm wrench fell out of some Pontiac GTO’s bumper. He claimed he didn’t know.

The first time I detailed my car, I found a 10mm wrench. Somewhere in the world, there’s a technician who’s long since given up trying to find it...

It’s really not as bad as it could be though. At least it’s not a little 4 inch one.

Wrench...jags...inches...

...is there some kind of upper class dick joke in there I’m not getting?

Very true. Though for how little they want for the tech pack, why not go for the big one?

Oh I will if I get one. Along with RS package and the cooling/brake pack.

One time I put a gummy worm on my back bumper before going on vacation with my girlfriend. I forgot about it until afterwards. It was still there. 800 miles later. That’s the magic of aerodynamics, I guess.

“Mine” would be hyper blue over black with grey split 5-spokes, Tech and RS packs and a sunroof.

That’s pretty close to mine, but the sunroof isn’t that big of a deal for me. If I have decent enough clearance beneath one, it might change my mind. I want to start autocrossing, so I need enough clearance for a helmet.

It may have melted partially, which would have helped keep it on there I guess.

You are a brave man for leaving the house with a Jaguar and only one wrench.

Haha! When I moved back to CA from TN I put a nickle on the bumper of the rental truck. It was still there when I arrived,

Technically, the wrench moved 12 miles. It just never changed it’s position.
